The WorkForce Management Software Group, Inc., (WFMSG) has sponsored the Society of Workforce Planning Professionals (News - Alert) (SWPP) organization.
The SWPP Annual Conference will be held March 23-25th at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee
“Community is particularly appealing to industry professionals with experience with legacy WFM solutions and technologies,” said Daryl A. Gonos, principle for sales and marketing at WFMSG, in a statement.
Gonos said that the SWPP industry experts demand power, flexibility, as well as, ease of use from their WFM solution. They quickly comprehend that Community is a fully realized, scalable enterprise workforce management product that exceeds their expectations.
“We have coupled powerful and unique features with an all inclusive pricing model and a free upgrade policy. SWPP is the forum that best accentuates these competitive advantages. We are particularly excited to present Community to SWPP members and be involved with their upcoming annual conference,” he said.
Vicki Herrell, executive director of Society of Workforce Planning Professionals said that SWPP is thrilled to have WFMSG join as a sponsor for the organization and for the 2011 Annual Conference.
“Our attendees are all contact center workforce managers and they are actively engaged in our industry. They routinely visit our web site as a valuable resource and attend the conference to stay current with all of the latest products and practices. Including WFMSG and the Community solution in that dialogue offers benefits for all of our members,” said Herrell.
WFMSG is a major player in workforce optimization solutions.
