People Analytics Leader Visier Names Christy Marble to Chief Marketing Officer

Former SAP Concur Chief Marketing Officer joins Visier's executive team, advancing fast-paced growth of the leading applied business analytics provider

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 7, 2018 /CNW/ -- Visier, the recognized leader in people analytics and planning, today welcomed Christy Marble as Chief Marketing Officer. Christy joins the company as it broadens its focus to serve new markets and continues to expand more deeply into leading enterprise organizations. With more than 25 years of experience in growing fast-paced global marketing teams, Christy most recently served as CMO at SAP Concur. Her appointment is effective immediately and comes on the heels of a period of rapid growth for Visier. Earlier this year the company announced that, over the past five years, it has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 120 percent and surpassed $125 million in subscription sales.

"We are pleased to have Christy join our leadership team to help us accelerate our growth in delivering applied analytics to organizations everywhere," said John Schwarz, Visier Chief Executive Officer and Founder. "This is an important milestone for Visier. We are looking forward to benefiting from Christy's experience ad leadership."

With extensive experience leading multinational marketing teams in the technology sector, Christy has created global product marketing functions and played a significant role in shaping product launches. She has also designed new market entry strategies for both public and private entities, which will further bolster Visier's penetration into the Global 2000.

"I'm excited to join Visier and its distinguished executive team, and I see this as an incredible opportunity to change the game by taking data and analytics beyond reporting into the realm of delivering actual answers to complex workforce challenges, which meaningfully impact businesses around the world," said Christy Marble, Visier CMO. "I am passionate about empowering high-performing teams to inspire customers across new markets with innovations that improve their businesses and their lives."

Prior to SAP Concur, Christy served in various executive roles at Vertafore and Sallie Mae, including the integration of acquired brands such as Upromise and growing the consumer brand to a $1 billion portfolio. Her experience across multiple sectors including B2B and B2C technology, financial services, and Cloud businesses secured her appointment to the Visier leadership team as it prepares to address market needs beyond workforce management.
