Monet to Display WFM Masterpiece at Dreamforce
Whether you sell widgets, rubber duckies or workforce management solutions, there’s a very good chance your company is using Salesforce – the force to be reckoned with in the CRM space. And, as Salesforce drives ahead with cloud initiatives and a growing partner network, we move ever closer to Dreamforce. Taking place November 6-9 in San Francisco at the Moscone Center the Marriott Marquis, Hilton Union Square, the Park Central and the Westin St. Francis, the Salesforce event is setting up to outperform years past.
Joining the distinguished number of attendees is Monet Software (News - Alert) as a Bronze Sponsor and service cloud exhibitor. Over the course of the four day event, Monet will provide demos of Workforce Management for Salesforce, highlighting how it is more than capable of elevating customer service and the customer experience via optimized scheduling and internal processes.
“We are excited to be a part of such a prestigious annual event, and look forward to interacting with Salesforce experts and showing them the benefits of our innovative workforce management solution,” noted Monet CEO Chuck Ciarlo.
This year’s even boasts a big of added “Wow” with a list of speakers that includes Michell Obama, Salesforce Chairman and CEO Mark Beinoff, Ashton Kutcher as well as Girl Scouts CEO Sylvia Acevedo.
For those not familiar, Salesforce organizes Dreamforce to bring together the Salesforce community. With 2,700 sessions currently in place, exploring topics like reporting best practice and improving lead generation, to boosting productivity, the comprehensive event is driving customer relationship management to new heights.
“While this much-anticipated event is still a few weeks away, we wish to invite all of our Monet customers to join us in San Francisco,” Ciarlo said. “There is no other time and place where customers can find more ideas for transforming their business. We believe our Workforce Management for Salesforce Service Cloud will fit right into this exciting customer-focused environment.”
Salesforce is certainly the 800 lb gorilla when it comes to CRM. As a thought leader, Beinoff is driving customer service transformation. And, at the heart of this transformation are those partners pushing the movement. Those partners like Monet, for instance.
