Passport Integrates with Kronos Workforce Dimensions to Enhance Workforce Management for Field Services

Passport Corp is proud to be partnered with Kronos (News - Alert) as they launch Workforce Dimensions to bring customers improved Field Service software applications. Passport's partner solutions include three key facets of workforce management for Field Service Organizations, whether for Crew Management or Route Management optimization.

"Workforce Dimensions from Kronos represents an entirely new category of workforce management solution, a first-of-its-kind SaaS (News - Alert) platform designed to provide a new level of intelligence, engagement and productivity for an ever changing workforce," said Bill Bartow, vice president of global product management, Kronos. "The software is designed to be completely open and extensible making it possible for organizations such as Passport Corp to deliver innovative new add-ons for Workforce Dimensions that will not just create additional value for customers, but truly help shape the future of workplace technology."

Passport's Planning & Scheduling, Mobile Data Collection, and Route Execution modules provide many productivity benefits. Passport provides task and resource scheduling that reduces costs and improves productivity through user friendly features such as web-based interactive graphical mapping, drag and drop job assignment, and GPS tracking. Building on the innovation of Kronos' Workforce Dimensions new "Work Yor Way" functionality, Passport has added an exciting "Uber-like" employee task self-scheduling module where employees can select their own tasks from a map interface.

Passport is where Kronos meets Field Service and Workforce Dimensions' new robust API and integration framework allows Passport to expand their product offerings even deeper into Field Services. Powerful data collection brings improvement to payroll, job costing, billing, accountability and compliance, all made possible through easy data capture, validation and approval. Furthering the benefits of this data collection, all of Passport's functionality is available offline as well, resulting in an uninterrupted data stream.

Alan Tonnesen, CEO of Passport, said "Having been integrated with Kronos for 13 years, we are excited by the new opportunities that Workforce Dimensions open up by expanding our offerings to Field Service customers. In the past we have been limited in the way that we were able to access the data in Kronos. The new robust APIs in Workforce Dimensions give us the ability to access Kronos is ways that were not previously available to us, gives us heightened performance and enables us to provide our customers with an improved user experience."

Passport delivers the highest value to our customers through its Route Execution module.

Analytical reports delivered to customers reveal a wealth of valuable information and give them the tools to work smarter, showing the difference between their planned workday and their actual workday. Understanding this difference allows for a huge opportunity to optimize route efficiencies.

Passport Corporation delivers powerful Task Scheduling, Mobile Data Collection and Plan vs. Actual Route Execution Management software for field service organizations. Passport's solutions are used by home service providers, merchandizers, facilities and venue managers, construction companies, public works, manufacturers and others to improve their Field Service workforce management.
