DCR Workforce Named 'Top 100 Human Resource Experts to Follow on Twitter'

By Anuradha Shukla, Workforce Management Contributor

DCR Workforce has made the list of "July 2012 Top 100 Human Resources Experts to Follow on Twitter (News - Alert)." This ranking was conducted by Evan Carmichael, a well known authority on new business development and entrepreneurship.

The company specializes in offering Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) Solutions to serve the contingent workforce and services procurement requirements of Fortune 1000 companies.

DCR Workforce provides clients with its proprietary SaaS (News - Alert) platform (SMART TRACK) that helps deliver complete transparency, real-time control, high performance and decision-enabling business intelligence.

The company is pleased with the ranking in the listing as it indicates its tweets and blogs are adding value to areas including SCA compliance, contract worker onboarding, employee classification and the impact of unions on temporary workers. It also plans to remain an active voice in workforce management looking forward.

Evan Carmichael used a range of tools for this Twitter ranking that placed DCR Workforce at the 48th position. Carmichael is experienced in measuring and publishing top blogs and tweeters on several business related topics.

“DCR tweets daily on topics of importance to hiring managers, staffing suppliers and contingent workers. We try to share our experiences and educate the community about changing employment regulations, the role of technology in workforce management, and practical approaches to managing an extended workforce,” said Naveen Dua, chief executive officer of DCR Workforce.

DCR Workforce was in news recently for announcing the release of enhanced mobile applications for the time and attendance module of Smart Track, DCR's vendor management system.
