CliIntel's Process Optimization Solution Powers ARRIS Workforce Management Suite

CliIntel, a company specializing in data analytics solutions, has recently signed an agreement with workforce management (WFM) solutions provider ARRIS Group to provide process optimization solutions for ARRIS WorkAssure WFM platform.


ARRIS Group selected CliIntel’s professional services to enable WorkAssure clients to realize process optimization through CliIntel’s INSIGHT methodology for professional services. It will help execute Business Process Analysis and to project manage the implementation of operational process solutions, so customers can earn maximum returns when using WorkAssure WFM platform.

“ARRIS already delivers outstanding customer service and operational proficiency to their WorkAssure customers, and we are pleased to have been selected to further enhance that high standard of service,” said CliIntel CEO, Richard Batenburg, in a statement. “Our Professional Services Team provides specific expertise that will assist ARRIS clients in fully utilizing the capabilities of their WorkAssure platform.”

Workforce automation tools bring efficiency because they relieve customers from tedious manual processes, and allow them to replace calls into the operations center with an automated step through the technician’s handheld tool. This will reduce installation time and provide further performance and efficiency gains in the operational process.

CliIntel’s business process optimization solutions have the ability to rapidly implement improvements through business intelligence that evaluate how a customer is using WorkAssure, and make recommendations on how to modify operational processes to maximize the return on investment, according to ARRIS officials.
