Coming & Goings: Nintex Announces Two Appointments to Board of Directors
Nintex, a company that provides workflow automation solutions, recently announced that Steve Largent, NFL Hall-of-Famer (Seattle Seahawks), past president and CEO of CTIA (News - Alert) and former congressman (R-OK); and Brian V. Turner, distinguished financial executive with 20 years of experience at the helm of public corporations, have joined the company’s board of directors.
Largent, a veteran in business, public service and professional football, has served as a member of the United States Congress as well as the vice-chairman of the Energy and Air Quality Subcommittee. On the other hand, Turner has extensive experience across domains like finance, acquisitions, investor relations, human resources and treasury. He has also serves on the boards of many reputed organizations, including McKinstry Essention, McKinstry Inc. and InfoArmor Corporation

Meanwhile, the company recently elected Mark Woodward, president and CEO of E2open, to its board of directors. Woodward's appointment comes at a time of remarkable momentum for the company, which revealed last month that it now has more than 1,000 unique customers connected to its cloud services.
Woodward brought a wealth of experience in global operations to Nintex. He was earlier working as president and CEO of E2open, a leading provider of cloud-based, on-demand software solutions. In that role, Woodward was responsible for leading the company's overall operations, including its growth strategy, solutions roadmap and customer success efforts. He joined the company in June 2008 and took it public in July 2013.
