First Insight Enhances VoC Analytics Platform

Now more than ever, it’s essential that businesses in any industry focus on quality care and services. In these uncertain times and with a global pandemic still underway, everyone is shifting to a new way of doing things – Which means, it’s critical to reduce pain points for customers.


With First Insight, businesses can meet the needs of their customers using its Voice of Customer Analytics platform. The enterprise-grade digital product testing solution makes it possible to automate processes and fully integrates into pricing and planning solutions.

In light of the current shift to digital landscapes, the company announced it recently enhanced its offerings including the addition of Insight Connect API, digital line reviews, and risky product alerts. The updates were created as a way of helping businesses to streamline workflow and improve their results.

To make it easier for product and development teams to test and implement items, the new InsightCONNECT API automated processes and reduced known friction points that arise when launching and executing offerings and helps teams and decision makers to make better decisions, quickly.

The company also added a new Digital Line Review offering so that teams can still conduct important meetings remotely and still be efficient. With First Insight they can present templates, screen share, and be more productive overall - regardless of where team members are physically located.

Finally, it also added a new Risky Product Alert capability so companies can quickly find items that costumers have identified with negative feedback. The goal is to stop the launch of a potential product that could be received negatively by customers during these sensitive times.
