Aisera Unveils Conversational AI Solution for Customer Service

AI software provider Aisera has announced the release of  AI Customer Service, a new solution that provides end-to-end automation for a number of business applications.

Aisera partnered with communications and contact center solution provider 8x8 (News - Alert) on the project, using Dynamic Integration Framework to integrate the software. The advanced AI programming will enable companies to mitigate workloads and reduce operating costs by immediately responding to customer inquiries with a lower number of employees.


"Our customers expect to have their questions answered quickly and easily. Aisera's Conversational AI platform helped us to deliver personalized support, empower our customer service team and elevate the customer experience," said Mohan Achar, VP of Global Support at 8x8.

AI Customer service is supported by most cloud products, such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle (News - Alert), and Zendesk. Businesses can utilize a natural language interface that works similar to Amazon’s Alexa voice control, giving customers a more human experience. Major forces in the tech industry like McAfee (News - Alert) and Autodesk have reported an auto resolution rate of 70% or higher using Aisera’s AI, demonstrating the significant reduction in human dependence to resolve customer service inquiries.
