ActivTrak Coach Aims to Manage Productivity from Anywhere
Workforce analytics solution provider ActivTrak has unveiled a new virtual performance coach, specifically focusing on hybrid employees working outside of regular office environments.
The new program, called ActivTrak Coach, enables businesses to compile work data on a weekly basis for automated analysis, allowing managers to accurately assess the performance of employees to make fine-tuned adjustments. Due to the remote nature of the current workforce, managers no longer have the advantage of being physically present to understand individual performance. Thanks to ActivTrak Coach, business leaders can use sophisticated data models to automatically report and gage what employees are doing right and wrong, and use recommendations to make the best managerial decisions.
“The role of manager is more critical than ever in ensuring employee wellness and assessing and addressing issues of engagement, focus and burnout,” said Ramon Chen, chief product officer at ActivTrak. “ActivTrak Coach is just one of the ways we’re committed to giving managers the tools and resources they need to be successful and empower productive, high-performing teams.”
The ActivTrak Coach reporting feature allows managers to review subcategories of focus, to demonstrate the individual strengths and weaknesses of each worker. Along with that, the program offers automated notifications for irregularities in performance, so managers are constantly aware of any new opportunities for coaching or refinement. ActivTrak Coach is also capable of producing warnings regarding burnout, which prevents employees from experiencing personal health issues.
