Enigmai to Test New WFM Business Suite in Tel-Aviv
Workforce management improvements are important in the call center. In the municipal setting this importance is even greater. Having efficient, productive staff is especially critical. Golden Star Enterprises, an investment firm focused on technology start-ups has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Enigmai, will be testing out it’s new business suite in a 2 phase pilot program with the City of TelAviv in Israel.
The pilot program will include the use of the Enigmai Business Suite (EBS) - a workforce management software at the city’s call center over the course of two months.
The hope is to show the city that using this groundbreaking technology can change the way they manage employees and increase productivity and efficiency in their operations.

With the WFM management solution, it is possible to support the entire workflow cycle, from managing shifts and employee breaks to forecasting every day HR needs. Real-time information updates and easy access to reports are also provided.
At the end of the 2-month pilot, the Israeli tech company will move into phase 2 with the city which will include system implementation to different city departments as well as new interfaces to meet the needs of the city.
