Dialpad Announces Acquisition of Kare Knowledgeware

By Luke Bellos, Editor, Workforce Management

AI-powered cloud communications leader Dialpad recently revealed it has officially acquired Kare Knowledgeware, a CX platform provider that specializes in data management, business intelligence, and workflow orchestration.

In recent years, Kare developers have been heavily focused in optimizing self service options for businesses through automation enhancements and data restructuring. According to official sources with the company, Kare technology is capable of resolving inbound traffic by as much as 95% percent, offering customers higher quality experiences.

As a result of this new relationship, Kare Knowledgeware features will now be available for the Dialpad platform, allowing contact center agents to take advantage of an advanced portfolio of solutions to fine-tune customer experiences and improve operations.

“Dialpad is thrilled to welcome Kare Knowledgeware for both its innovative technology and incredibly talented workforce,” said Craig Walker (News - Alert), CEO, Dialpad. “Kare Knowledgeware and Dialpad have very similar DNA, with a passion to pursue the vast possibilities of AI, turn them into reality and leverage the power of AI to revolutionize the CX industry.”

This acquisition marks yet another major development for Dialpad this year, as the company continues its strategy toward dominance in the increasingly competitive cloud communications space. As contact center operations continue to experience higher levels of call traffic, businesses are turning to companies like Dialpad to better manage operations and drive customer retention.

“The Kare Knowledgeware team is excited to join Dialpad, a fast-rising organization dedicated to radically transforming digital customer experiences,” said Tim Porter, Founder and CEO, Kare Knowledgeware. “The unified communication and CX markets are ripe environments for innovation and we look forward to driving both of these industries forward as a key part of Dialpad.”
