OnviSource Announces Voicegain Speech Recognition Integration

Automation solutions developer OnviSource recently announced it has formed a strategic partnership with Speech-to-Text platform provider, Voicegain.

As part of this new business relationship, Onvisource has integrated Voicegain’s platform into the Intellecta™ multichannel analytics solution, offering users the ability to better understand customer interactions  with the support of deep learning capabilities and artificial intelligence.


“We are pleased to announce this partnership with Voicegain as their AI-driven ASR further augments our AI-driven intelligent automation solutions and our hyper-automation platform that offers integrated AI, conversational AI, RPA, BPA and analytics,” said Ray Naeini, Chairman and CEO of OnviSource. “Our partnership will allow both companies to jointly develop highly sophisticated and customized AI models for various applications and industries in order to deliver unmatched accuracy and performance.”

Now that the bulk of customer interactions take place through digital channels like email, SMS and social media, businesses across all sectors are attempting to understand the needs of customers through advanced analytics and deep learning. By incorporating this approach for voice communications, contact center data can help leaders decypher customer sentiments, offering specific and detailed insights for improving future experiences.
