Visier and UKG Join Forces For Employee Management Integration
People analytics solution provider Visier recently announced a strategic partnership with Ultimate Kronos (News - Alert) Group (UKG). As part of this new relationship, Visier and UKG jointly unveiled a new integration to provide additional employee management and analytical capabilities into the UKG Pro solution.
For those who are unfamiliar, UKG Pro is a human resource management solution designed to modernize common business practices, such as payroll administration, reporting, and appointment scheduling. UKG Pro also enables businesses to assist in employee onboarding, making it simple for new recruits to provide employers with necessary personal information and complete training.
The new integration created by Visier and UKG enables users to take employee management a step further, by analyzing highly detailed employee data for more intelligent internal business decisions.

Some of the Visier/UKG Pro integration capabilities include the ability to predict resignations, so managers can preemptively search for new talent to prevent productivity from slowing down. Users can also utilize internal data to analyze employee strengths and weaknesses, allowing leaders to move employees to areas more related to their skillset. Additionally, managers can use a number of analytical tools to evaluate employee activity, including absences and overtime.
