AToss Turns to Persistent for CRM Transformation
Having a large customer base is every business leader’s dream, but keeping each individual happy in online spaces is becoming increasingly challenging. Recently, German workforce management software provider Atoss revealed IT service/modernization company Persistent Systems is helping the company improve common business and customer processes with the help of Salesforce integrations. Utilizing the Salesforce platform, Atoss will be able to introduce automated sales features for more efficient service, as well as customer service management tools to optimize and improve experiences for customers.
In order to integrate these new capabilities into AToss’s business operations, the company will first remove its existing management software to introduce the Sales Cloud CRM system. The overall goal of this technical overall is for AToss to inspire customer loyalty through faster, streamlined business operations and detailed analytical insights
