AnswerNet Closes Quality Contact Solutions Acquisition
Pennsylvania-based call center services company AnswerNet closed its acquisition of Quality Contact Center Solutions (QCS) and its subsidiary, QCS At Home.
AnswerNet (News - Alert) welcomes the QCS team, now be members of AnswerNet, with the newly acquired entity managed by former QCS VP of Operations, Chris Grothe.

In addition, the experience the QCS team adds will benefit the AnswerNet organization."
For those unfamiliar with the company, QCS offers a number of critical telemarketing services for businesses, including inbound call center services, B2B/B2C outbound marketing, as well as consulting and quality management services. By adding QCS’s collective industry knowledge, skilled employees, and seasoned leaders to the AnswerNet’team, the company will now be able to expand its business footprint to provide valuable call center services to a wider range of customers.
