Semafone Partners with Talkdesk for PCI Data Security

Today, security and the customer experience need to be inseparable. Twenty-first century customers expect the organizations with which they do business to protect their sensitive data and personally identifiable information. Any breaches of this data, and companies risk losing customers, losing money, losing their reputation and being subject to government fines.

The new partnership, which will see Semafone’s Cardprotect Voice+ integrated with Talkdesk AppConnect, is expected to provide Talkdesk customers with more options for protecting sensitive customer payment data. The relationship will allow Talkdesk cloud, reseller and business outsource partners to offer Semafone’s solutions, integrated with the Talkdesk platform they are currently selling, providing differentiation in the market and opening new doors to additional markets and customers.

Talkdesk AppConnect is a customer experience solutions marketplace featuring a range of advanced applications, devices, services, and out-of-the-box integrations that give businesses the flexibility to rapidly expand their contact center capabilities.

Semafone helps organizations meet their Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance obligations and improve operational efficiency.
