Sprinklr Customer Experience Management Platform Available in Google Cloud
Sprinklr, which offers a unified customer experience management platform for the enterprise, has made its solution available in Google (News - Alert) Cloud Marketplace (GCP). The Unified-CXM platform uses advanced AI to help organizations deliver human experiences to all their customers, 24/7, through any channel.
The platform offers a host of benefits for customers accessing it through the GCP. These include consolidated Google Cloud billing along with faster and simplified procurement cycles. The Unified-CXM platform also provides dollar-for-dollar drawdown against Google Cloud commitments, freeing up customers' budgets to help them create insight-driven strategies for providing improved customer experiences.
Sprinklr is also offering its first self-serve product hosted on GCP, called Modern Care Lite. The simple customer service solution unifies more than one dozen widely used customer channels, including voice, email, chat, messaging and social media. Channels are accessible through one easy-to-use interface, and the solution applies AI for analyzing all interactions in real time.
This reduces the need for customers to escalate their support requests, as automated and self-services options are readily available. When customers do need to interact with support teams, guided workflows and other advanced features are available to help agents resolve most issues quickly and efficiently.
“We are committed to helping organizations tackle digital customer experience management challenges with a unified platform that is easy to procure, deploy, and quickly creates value,” said Doug Balut, senior vice president of global alliances at Sprinklr. “With availability in Google Cloud Marketplace, customers can quickly deploy and scale the Sprinklr platform on powerful, secure, and reliable infrastructure from Google Cloud.”
Sprinklr is offering a free 30-day trial of Modern Care Lite on GCP. The company's Unified-CXM platform is already being used by more than 1,000 enterprises globally, including Microsoft, P&G and Samsung (News - Alert).
