Genesys Invests in Cloud Customer Experience Capabilities for Brazil Businesses

Limited data regions are a roadblock for many businesses, preventing them from migrating their contact centers to the cloud. Genesys is building on its more than 20-year history supporting Brazil and announced new capabilities for the Genesys (News - Alert) Cloud CX platform in Brazil. Businesses can now keep their interactions and data within the country. With in-country cloud services, the company helps more organizations in Brazil take advantage of the reliability and security of Genesys Cloud CX, an all-in-one public cloud contact center platform.
