ETAdirect Smart Collaboration: New Social Work Force Management Solution

TOA Technologies (News - Alert) has released, ETAdirect Smart Collaboration, which is a mobile workforce management solution with integrations of next-generation technology to allow for the solution to connect to even more people.


In a world where technology has taken over, companies have begun using various solutions to stay on top of projects and activities company-wide. Workforce management encompasses all the activities needed to maintain a productive workforce. Companies can use this service to help maintain payroll and benefits, human resources administration, employee self-services, application tracking, performance management, workforce tracking, and even absence management.

ETAdirect Smart Collaboration from TOA Technologies is said to bring something new to the table with its integration of social connectivity to intelligence service enterprises. “People expect technology to easily connect them to information, and then leverage it to make smarter connections to other people,” said Yuval Brisker, co-founder and CEO of TOA Technologies. “Service organizations and their staffs are demanding that the same social, intelligent technology they enjoy in their personal lives be available to make them more productive in their professional lives. The new software works with mobile employees making it easy to track their work. ETAdirect mobility was coded as an HTML5 application making it the easiest to maintain and personalize. The online solution doesn’t require any equipment installations or software applications. All of it can be accessed via a web browser. The service automatically connects people in the field to each other based on various data parameters. Organizations using the service can expect to find other resources in the field, process activities and inventory items, share details about resources, and log all activity.
