Verint Announces Teams Integration
As business continuity plans kick in to full swing, and the remote workforce continues to find a way during this global pandemic, digital transformation is central to these efforts. Providers are enabling these initiatives with robust, compliant and more than capable solutions.
Verint announced its new Microsoft (News - Alert) Teams recording integration to capture, retain, analyze and retrieve all communications across the Teams platform to ensure that regardless of where people work digital channels are leveraged in a compliant manner.
Mike Ammerlaan, director, Microsoft 365 Ecosystem at Microsoft Corp noted, “Verint’s (News - Alert) native compliance recording integration with Microsoft Teams empowers businesses to address compliance requirements while leveraging the market’s leading digital collaboration solution.”
Verint’s virtual customer engagement event taking place May 20-21 will offer a stage for the Microsoft Teams integration. Spanning chat, voice, screen sharing, meetings and more, the native integration maintains productivity while industry regulations and company policy are adhered. From VoC to compliance, the Customer Engagement Company can tout a rich portfolio in delivering compliant communications to a number of different industries.
Recently, Head of Technology at Capital Home Loans (CHL) Andrew Parker explained CHL received “a MiFID II and PCI (News - Alert) compliant call recording solution whilst offering the flexibility of cloud-based delivery alongside a tight integration with Microsoft Teams…This helped CHL deliver on key strategic initiatives; reducing business risk and increasing business agility.”
The cornonavirus pandemic doesn’t have to deter compliance. So as operations shift to the cloud, and our WFH world persists, the proper tools are integral. How do you ensure your communications are compliant?
